Month of MAY

May 2 - The full cast will rehearse Monday - Thursday until show opening

May 9 - Starting the week of May 9th, the cast will begin rehearsing with costumes and props. Please watch for an email from Suzanne Tees, our wonderful costume designer, for any information about costume specifics

May 14 - Mandatory Saturday rehearsal from 10 am - 4 pm. Please have your cast member bring a lunch and be on time!

May 16, 17 & 18 - Rehearsals will run until 7 pm.

May 19 & 20 - Show nights! Please volunteer to help on the nights of the show if you haven't already. I will be sending a list of open volunteer positions. If you know of students who need volunteer hours, please have them contact me.

May 21, 9:30 - 12:30 - Strike! Cast members and "their" adult must help on Saturday to take down the set, and clean and tidy. In order to attend the Wrap Party, you must have helped at strike. The only way to get out of strike is to host the Wrap Party

May 21 evening - Wrap Party, location to be determined. If you would like to host the cast party (and receive special dispensation to miss Strike), please contact me. There may be a nominal fee for the Party.

Wednesday April 13 - RAMP CONSTRUCTION

Mike Massa and Kent need 2 other strong bodies to help construct the ramp. Please be at the stage at 4pm!

Monday April 11 - CREW INTERVIEWS - Lower Gym @ 3.30pm

Please let your friends know.  We are not opening CREW to 6th grade for this production, I'm sorry.

Tuesday April 5th - Kacey Manny ~ Director 3.45pm to 6.15pm - Rude Mechanicals and Bottom only.

Wednesday April 6th -  Paul Angelo ~ Director 3.45pm to 5.45pm

Thursday April 7th - Kacey Manny ~ Director 3.45pm to 6.15pm
