Tuesday 

• 3.45pm to 6.15pm CAST rehearsals

• 6pm - 7pm Parent meeting

• 6.15pm to 7pm CAST homework in room 138

Wednesday

• 3.45pm to 6.15pm CAST rehearsals

• 4pm to 5pm CREW Interviews

Thursday

• 3.45pm to .15pm CAST rehearsals

• 4pm to 5pm Mission Band auditions

Guys & Dolls - Attendance

Dear Company,

I'm getting a lot of questions about attendance and sports or other commitments.  Here is a list of points that might help clarify the situation.

• You may take one day or part of one day off rehearsal with Directors approval for a sport or commitment unless it impacts the quality of the program
• After November 15th you will attend all rehearsals for the duration
• If you are sick you will notify Elaine or Paul before 3.45pm
• If you are absent from school you may not attend rehearsals on that day
• If you miss 4 days of school or rehearsal you will be asked to leave the show
• All mandatory rehearsals are mandatory.  (exceptions only for Thanksgiving and only if you are out of state.)

As we keep telling the Company, we need you to be at rehearsals or we cannot put on a show.  This program takes commitment and stamina and we expect our Company to show both.  I hope this answers any questions you have.  If not, please contact me.

• All scores should be bound well and include the calendar and copy of the contract.

Tuesday

• Rehearsal from 3.45 to 6.15
• East Sylvan Back to School at 6pm. 

Thursday

• Rehearsal from 3.45 to 6.15
• West Sylvan Back to School at 6pm : Please leave the school quietly!

Please remember if you cannot make rehearsal you must let us know.  If you need to leave early or are arriving late we also need to know.

*Auditions for musician from 6^th to 8^th grade in the Mission Band will be held on September 30 at 4pm, and for 4^th to 6^th grade Mission Band members on October 4 & 5 at 4pm.  

We would love to see more of the talented students that East/West Sylvan has to offer.
