Mission Band - 4pm to 5pm - (all crew and cast playing instruments be there please)
Thursday - October 21
Cast - 3.45pm to 6.15pm
Costume Meeting - Drama Room at 5pm. Please bring what you have and what you think might work. Let's get working on where to go from here. (Anyone interested in costuming for the show, please come on down.)
Crew! - Nothing planned for this week so far. Next Wednesday 27 is build-the-stage day. I will need you to pull out lumber for me at the beginning of next week. Musical CREW - Wednesday!
Saturday - October 23
All day rehearsal - Mandatory
Doors open at 9.30 to lower gym. (Outside entrance only.) Start at 10am finish at 3.30pm
This bit is important. We get access through the lower gym only, no access to the building in general. Go past the tennis courts to the lower gym door at 9.30am.
Bring your lunch and dress for work. Students may not leave unless it is with a parent.
We need lunch time chaperones.
Parents welcome to come and help clear out storage room, paint billboards, hem suits, sort costumes.
All Cast and Crew required.
